First experience at Beaver Springs Dragway is like going through a time warp!  The setting in the mountains in central Pennsylvania near State College is very picturesque. Old towns and winding roads kindle a feeling of yesteryear.  Add one of the most unchanged dragstrips in the nation, and you have the perfect setting for a nostalgia race!  Beaver Springs is the one place in this beautiful country that can handle multiple nostalgia races because there are no guardrails!  1/4 mile racing the way it was!  If you have a nostalgic vehicle, you owe yourself a trip to Beaver Springs Dragway, and the Time Capsule Nationals is the event to do it at!  Gasser Magazine has held events here in the past and is looking forward to 3 days of racing the way it was and more! There will be grudge match racing during both Friday and Saturday afternoon with a ride along lane.  Friday night there will be a show car race with flag girls starting the race!  They too will be competing to see who is the best starter!  Saturday night will be Gasser racing the way they were meant to run;  Heads Up 1/4 mile divided into weight/cubic inch classes.  It will also be the inaugural race for Gasser Madness's new class, Heritage Gas, the only true period correct class in the country.  Not to be left out of the entertainment, all the other classes will also run a heads up flash light drags!  1 winner per class!  Look for a crazy wheel stand competition to end the night!  Sunday will mesh old and new together with index and handicap racing for 8 classes paying $1000 per class!  Look out Beaver Springs, it is time to open that Time Capsule and have some good old-fashioned fun!

Camping at Beaver Springs Dragway is $20 for the event per motorhome, trailer, or tent.

Early bird set up starts at 10am on Thursday and is an additional $20.
